PMC began as a consulting arrangement between Vancouver Church and Northwest Gospel Church when PMC founder, Nathan Noorlun, transitioned as the Operations Director at Vancouver Church to the Executive Pastor of Operations at Northwest Gospel Church. As both churches realized the benefit of sharing mission-focused business practices, the idea for PMC was born.

Driven by a passion to see ministries accomplish their Kingdom-given mission, PMC exists to help churches and non-profit ministries establish effective mission-focused operations. Founder/CEO

Nathan Noorlun

Nathan graduated from Washington State University with a BA in Business Administration/Accounting. Nathan brings a combined 20+ years of experience in accounting/auditing and pastoral ministry. Most recently, he has had the joy of blending his accounting and pastoral background to serve churches and non-profits in their financial and business operations. Nathan and his wife Jamie have five children and enjoy spending time together in the great Northwest.
